To apply to SCAPA Lafayette, the process is as follows:

1. Complete the       by October 15th.  The on-line application will be available beginning September 1 and ending October 15 of each school year.

2. Complete the   or    and send it to SCAPA Lafayette No Later Than October 20th.  This is your opportunity to tell us why your child is a perfect candidate to attend SCAPA.  Brag away and feel free to attach additional pages!  This form counts for 15% of your child's total score!!!

3. Send a minimum of three (3)  or   forms to SCAPA Lafayette No Later Than October 25th.  These recommendation forms should be given to non-relative adults who can talk to us about your child's ability and/or interest in the arts area in which they are auditioning.  These forms count for 25% of your child's total score!!!
